• Question on tests

I am currently evaluating your product. I have not found a method of entering screenings--such as mammograms. Is this entered under ''Tests''? There is no option for wellness screenings that I can find. I found nothing like this on the sample patients. Judith

  • Re: Printing detailed report of Journals

When I select ''Show Journal Entry Details'', the preview shows the same info twice. The part in italics is the complete data, but it shows a truncated summary just above it in align with the date. Am I entering the data in the wrong place?

  • Re: Printing detailed report of Journals

Hi, Coolswede!Your earlier post asked about two issues (1) printing problem and (2) only a portion of the comment is printed. Let's start with the second issue, since it may be the easier to address. Have you tried adjusting the customization of the journal report? Go to the ellipsis (...) and select to display the summary. ...

  • Re: Printing detailed report of Journals

This is an update and clarification of what I posted before. With my default printer, an HP Officejet d145, printing journal reports only put a few lines on each page with the header and footer missing. I tried another printer driver, which I have to use when printing anything from Internet Explorer, is a HP 990C. This is not my printer but

  • Re: Printing detailed report of Journals

I just tried printing out a journal for the first time. I have two activities that I'm trying to print out. I ran into two problems. First, the printer printed all the info on one activity on one page and then proceeded to the next page printing only 13 lines of information. This was followed by blank sheets. The second problem (which

  • Re: EOB's and Claim Numbers

Hi, Esther!Good to hear from you! There isn't a built-in way to track the claim number associated with a visit, but there are other mechanisms to help you part-way.First of all, isn't it true that visits aren't the 'only' types of records associated with claims and EOBs? Medications and treatments are also likely to be covered by ...

  • Re: HealthFrame Backups

Hi, Esther!Currently, there is no option to backup/copy files that are linked in the PHR - only attachments support that option. This is an interesting suggestion and we'll pass it along to our development team.A concern to always keep in mind is that if the PHR links to a number of large files this process could be time-consuming... ...

  • Re: Activities Wizard

Hi, coolswede!Sorry for the delay getting back to you. The activities wizard helps folks create multiple activity entries at once. It's not particularly useful if you want to add a single activity. In that case, it's just as convenient to use the ''Add New'' button in the Home > Health > Activities page. For most folks, the ...
