    I bought heath frame online , downloaded it , explorer would not come up...keeps saying ...error occured while starting up..error encountred access denied......i have uninstalled and reinstalled twice now...same thing happens....i need help...

    As I mentioned in my post on 10-16-2008, I am using a different printer driver, a HP 990C and it prints fine even though my printer is HP Officejet d145. I didn't try the PDF or XPS drivers since the 990C works. Thanks for your reply.
