Hello, is there anyone there?
I seemed to be talking to myself. Three of the four replies have been mine. I apologize if my question is too lame for anyone's comment.

OK, I see that the Wizard does put an entry on the activity list. But if I open it and make an entry, there is no longer an option for another of the same activity.
I thought the idea was to enter every time an activity is performed and some information about it on the day it was done. Am I wrong about this?

Selecting activities in the Wizard does NOT create activity instances as per your screen clip.

When doing a PHR backup, is there an option to backup/copy the actual files linked by URL? It would be great if we could have a checkbox to select whether or not we want the URL files backed up or copied with the PHR.

I haven't been out here in a while, so I really don't know if this has been requested:
Is there anyway to add a box for input of a claim number/EOB? And to have an option to sort visits by claim number/EOB?

I have only one activity selected....walking. How does selecting it in the Wizard make it easier to enter new data? Is there something missing in my program? I still have to select ''Walking'' from the entire list. Using the Wizard didn't seem to change ...

My Journals may include more than just Journal Entries. There could be linked Related information, such as Visits or File Attachments, and even some ''notes'' in the Journal Summary. These do not get printed in the Journal Summary. Could this be added to a future release if there's not the capability now? As always, make it as customizable as ...
