Tim,
We've had a couple of users report this problem recently.  It seems that some program is disabling/deleting a file called 'vbscript.dll'.  This file happens to be used by the installer technology we use for HealthFrame.  You will need to follow these steps to 'reenable' vbscript.dll:
- Locate the vbscript.dll in your system.  On 32-bit systems, this file should be located in c:\windows\system32.  On 64-bit systems, the file should be located at c:\windows\sysWOW64.
- Go to the Start menu and select Run.  At the prompt enter regsvr32.exe <path to vbscript.dll>.
32-bit systems: regsvr32.exe c:\window\system32\vbscript.dll
64-bit systems: regsvr32.exe c:\window\sysWOW64\vbscript.dll
At this point, Vista should confirm that vbscript has been registered and the HealthFrame installer  - as well as any program that uses VBScript should work normally.
Please let us know if this does not work or is not clear and we can set up a web conference meeting to support you.
Thank you for your interest in HealthFrame,
