Your clarification does help, and I think this is a good idea.
Note - you can already do something fairly similar to this with the medical history summary report (though not nearly as easily and without the focus on timeline).
But you can construct a report for just a specific concern. Unfortunately - you cannot effectively safe this work ...
This sounds like it may be a very good idea. I especially like the 'data hiding' approach you described, for reports etc (delegating til later/appendix).
But I'm having a hard time understanding the detail of what this would look like, or how it would operate. You say ''timeline might be by ''Concern (condition or sign or symptom)'' or by ...
First - about the posts disappearing - we had a couple attacks from spammers who dumped a bunch of junk into the forum. When cleaning it up - I must have accidentally removed a few posts I didnt mean to. Sorry - I've put those you referenced back.
I'll try and get to the rest of your question tomorrow.
Great catch! 'Dealios' note that this was already diagnosed saved me an hour of debugging. You are right.

I will prepare more detailed release notes when I'm closer to release, but it will at least include this fix, several others customers have reported over the last couple months - both in email and on the community forum.
Also -once those are fixed, I need to test a bit to make sure I'm not making matters worse.
So - probably another month or so.
For HealthFrame v3.0.2, the related items of type communication, expense, test, treatment and visit will all be sorted in reverse chronological order (so most recent first).
I experimented with having more complicated sort orders - only sorting by date among those items that were tightly related (like with a particular person) - but I decided that
What I'm seeing is a bit different from your claim. If I'm wrong, please let me know, and provide a screenshot or some other more explicit example.
What I see is that 'relationships' are shown in sorted order - first (primary sort key) is the top level kind of thing they are related to (like Journal, or Treatment or Visit).
And then - within that
