We have an open bug report to track this issue (http://bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=944).
The HealthFrame v3 data model has already been updated to accomodate these changes - but not the user interface.
In order to get HealthFrame v3 released sooner, will do NOT plan to incorporate this feature in HealthFrame v3. Instead, its scheduled for ...

I'm a bit confused. There were some problems along these lines with the v3 beta build (which are fixed for the next build).
But in HF v2.1.11, when I create two visits for the same day at different times, BOTH show up in the Home page. Can you please clarify the version of HealthFrame you are using?

Is it possible for you to make a snapshot (File / Save PHR Backup) of a PHR reproducing this problem? And then zip it up, and send it to support@RecordsForLiving.com via email?
If this is not practical, perhaps we can schedule a 'desktop sharing' session with a support person who can look into the problem more carefully.
The good news is that ...

Sorry that things have gone slower than we intended, expected, and hoped.
We've lately been diverted a bit by work on our HIE (Health Information Exchange) server product - HealthFrameWorks - but are now back working full time on HealthFrame v3. We are about ready for another wider beta (with the new 'contacts' UI) - and depending on our feedback ...

We are very sorry to hear about this problem. You say you were 'entering some information' and 'my computer rebooted'. Do you have any idea why it rebooted? If you were using Windows XP Pro, is it possible this is a several year old computer, and you had hardware problems?
HealthFrame is EXTREMELY careful to NEVER EVER write corrupted data. ...

We don't have a specific schedule for release, and we aren't yet sure exactly what features will be released with HealthFrame v3.
Some of the 'v3 features' won't be available immediately, but in the year or so after initial launch.
But roughly, you should see

> Ability to connect to remote and variously ...
