Since downloading version 3.0 and it's update, I can't do anything within my HealthFrame program. My old information is all there but I can't open an old records or add any new ones. Nothing is working!Any ideas?

I'm afraid I don't understand this *what is the use model for the application that maximizes the functionality you built into it.) question. Perhaps the answer to your question, is that I've focused more on a logical, object centered decomposition of the health/medical information a person would want to track, and less on 'use cases'.
That is not ...

#1 In the HeatlhFrame data model, we call things with measurement results a 'test' - and things done purely for the therapeutic impact a treatment. I realize the world isn't so black and white, but its still helpful in organizing information to draw lines.
So - this would be a TEST in HealthFrame parlance, not a Treatment.
And you can ...

#1 - When adding a new units entry in the Test panel ... remember units
This is a very good idea. I've added http://bugzilla.recordsforliving.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1037 to track this issue. This is slightly more complicated than it may appear on the surface, because if you make a mistake with units, HealthFrame will then continue suggesting this ...

About comment#1/2:
We have created http://bugzilla.recordsforliving.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1034 to track this issue. But this is minor, as I believe it has a simple workaround. Just don't select 'same as ordered' or 'during visit' - but specify the details. The reason you are right this is a bug - is because you might want to also note that it was

The question is basically what is the use model for the application that maximizes the functionality you built into it. I've made a guess below. And one thought was that for anything in the hierarchy of a concern, I should not have to place hyperlinks as I do now - if the app did this automatically, it would make flow much simpler and data entry ...

Questions
1. On a visit to my doctor for a new ''concern'', he may order one or more items, like a blood test (CMP or CBC or FT4, etc.), a consultation with another doctor or an MRI or CT scan. Where is the best place to track what he ORDERED? It can't be tracked in Treatments because Treatments doesn't include CMP, CBC and other items the doctor ...

As I've been using v3.0.1 of the app more and more, I've noticed some potential enhancements that I believe will improve the user experience, improve data entry accuracy or simplify the use of the app. They are listed below.
Feature Suggestions
1. When adding a new units entry in the Test panel (and any other field where user-defined units are ...

As I mentioned in my previous reply, I've been keeping a running log of bugs that I run into in OneNote just 'cause its easy to write the note when I run into it. Below is a list of what I think are bugs. If they are not, then perhaps I misunderstand the functionality - please correct me in that case.
1. When adding a new Test, in the ...

support@RecordsForLiving.com:>>> there doesn't appear to be a way to filter the visits by concern or by activity, which would be helpful
dealio>>> I apologize that I''m so late responding to your very thorough reply below. I really appreciate it. I've been so tied up with too many life events happening at once. But that's everyone I guess. ...
