Please clarify exactly what report you are using, and what information is being cut off.
If you use the 'Susan Taylor' Sample file, you can generate the report below. Note the Home > Reports > ... 'bread crumbs' can be used by you to navigate down to exactly that report on your PHR.

Once we release HealthFrame v3 - we will release it with the latest version of the UMLS data sources. Our current development build is using the 2010AA release.
The issue of more frequent releases however - we will need to continue to consider. I certainly appreciate your desire (and others) to see frequent updates. The problem is - with every new

Thanks for this suggestion. Its been made by several customers in the past, and we are looking into ways of addressing this problem in future releases of HealthFrame.
I'm not sure how directly we will support this in HealthFrame v3, but probably by HealthFrame v3.1 we will have an improved answer.
However, please be aware, in the current version ...

I'm thrilled to hear this. I too had been worried about the future of Healthframe. I can understand that with so many free PHR's available to people it can make selling software difficult. However, if people will use Healthframe they will see, like I did, that it really is a better solution than either Google or Microsoft. ...

While searching for PHR software last year I found that HealthFrame by Records for Living (RFL) was the one that met most of my requirements. There were very few others that met my minimum requirements (e.g. support of industry standards, CCR and CCD import and export capability, a standalone application, linking of medical reports). In

In my family of 6 I seem to have to enter common information separately for each family member. I would like to be able to enter the info for our family doctor once, then have it appear as a drop-down option for each of the other family members when entering that same field. This feature should appear everywhere possible. Once a family has ...

I noticed that Support has not replied to your question so I will offer just a little help. One option is to export your PHR records to the CCR format. This file is in the XML format. Then use an application (program) that has a function that converts XML to CSV format. To created the CCR from HealthFrame, go to File > Export PHR..., ...
