Thanks again for the 2009 and 2010 Mileage. I had to reinstall everything after a recent HD crash so I had to find the files again. They are not on the RFL OpenHealth Services Directory page - please add - so I searched and found them again in this thread.

Thanks for the the fast reply. One of the main features of HealthFrame (HF) is its capability to import and export standard health record formats. So I do think that a resolution is needed so that CCD can always be exported regardless the size of the data. Hopefully this can be done with the release of HF Ver 3; if not, then HF Ver. ...

This is a known problem with HealthFrames CCD support.
Really - its two problems - which is why there is no easy fix.

For HealthFrame to maintain its interoperability with these systems, the ability to import CCD documents is highly ...

It appears that many EHRs and PHRs are no longer using the first <statusCode under <substanceAdministration to note if a medication is Active or not. For instance, HealthFrame and MS HealthVault both use this method. Although, MS HealthVault has an issue with correctly noting the status of a medication and when I pointed this out ...

The HealthFrame v2 data model only supports tracking of medical expenses, and not tracking transfers into accounts (which is needed to compute some of the things you are talking about).
Future versions of HealthFrame will support a more elaborate data model, so you can track accumulation of funds in a health savings account, adjustments, etc. And
