Is there a way to place Healthframe on a server and have it retrieved from three four different computers? Also, can I create multiple client files? I have a small care management service where we need to track health information and the Care Managers need to access, input, and review information for several different clients.

Thank you for reporting this bug!There was a mismatch in the CCR document generation and what the AAFP CCR reporting script expects.  Future releases should address this problem.In the meantime, please note that the Emergency Card and the Medical History Summary both properly capture listings of Emergency Contacts.Thank you again for helping ...

When entering an emergency contact, there is a Relationship field with a pull down. Similarly there is a a Relationship field in the People section of the CCR report but the Relationship selection made for a emergency contact does not carry over to the report.
