We have taken many steps called for in this request for HealthFrame v3.
The attached screenshot should show some.
HeatlhFrame v3 medicaiton summary report supports customization.
By selecting the details choice ''Daily Summary'' - you get the report pictured.
We could not see how to compute the summaries you requested in the general case ...

This feature has been implemented for our upcoming HealthFrame v3 release.
Both the medicaitons/home page, and the medications summary report have a 'prescribed by' optional filter the user can apply.

I believe we have this fixed for the next HealthFrame v3 beta (b9).
The current list of immunizations in HealthFrame that contain the word tetanus are:
C0039620 Tetanus Vaccine
C0058773 Diphtheria-Tetanus (DT) Vaccine

We are working right now to finalize the reference content for HealthFrame v3 ,and it will be based on the contents of UMLS 2012AB (there most recently release).

The current version of HealthFrame does not have the Tdap vaccine in it's list of vaccine options. It does have the DTaP vaccine, but that vaccine is not the same has Tdap. While both vaccines are for Diphtheria, Tetanus, and Pertussis, the DTaP is given to infants and young children. Tdap is a booster, and contains smaller dosages of the three ...

There is nothing harder to predict than the future ;-).
While nobody can predict the answer to your question with certainty, I can say that its highly likely within the next six months. I think you will see the final beta before the end of the year, and hopefully a final 3.0 release first quarter next year.

I'm reluctant to answer this because I've been wrong so often, and frequently things come up which someone thinks just has to be folded into HFv3, that adds a couple months.
But - we're right now implementing the LAST feature which I believe is a MUST for HFv3 - synchronization. My best guess is that we will have a feature-complete beta release ...
