Thank you for your suggestions.
Firstly, let me say that you already (in HFv2.1.11) can enter the value '
The value then will NOT be used in graphing? Is that the gist of your complaint?
I've opened a bug report to track that issue (http://bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=948) - but I'm unclear exactly how we can display values like ''
That doesn't mean ...

This behavior has been added for the next HealthFrame v3 beta release.

Thank you for this suggestion.
This is being tracked in our SPR database as http://bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=711.
We've already updated the data model for the HealthFrame v3 series to accomodate this issue. The UI work for this has been deferrred until HealthFrame v3.1 (in order to get HealthFrame v3 out sooner).

HealthFrame v3 internally supports CPT. The problem is licensing.
For testing purposes, we've built 'extracts' and reference data that includes CPT. But we cannot release it due to the licensing restrictions of the AMA.

There are good reasons to store HealthFrame data where we currently store it (its the standard windows-defined place to store application data).
Allowing users to change this location - while not very hard - is not easy (must be very careful about when it changes how to COPY existing data - and deal wtih possible conflicts).
Our current belief ...

Unfortunately, as we are way behind on our scheduled ...

We have an open bug report to track this issue (http://bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=944).
The HealthFrame v3 data model has already been updated to accomodate these changes - but not the user interface.
In order to get HealthFrame v3 released sooner, will do NOT plan to incorporate this feature in HealthFrame v3. Instead, its scheduled for ...

I'm a bit confused. There were some problems along these lines with the v3 beta build (which are fixed for the next build).
But in HF v2.1.11, when I create two visits for the same day at different times, BOTH show up in the Home page. Can you please clarify the version of HealthFrame you are using?
