I am getting an error message when I try to access Online Help, Updates, or Register Online from Healthframe. The message says: "you need an active internet connection..." . My connection was up and running. What should I do??? PBDow

This should only occur if your web connection is in offline mode. You can see if this is happening by starting up Microsoft Internet Explorerer, and trying to navigate. If it warns you you are in offline mode - it will offer the opportunity to go into ONLINE mode. Select online, and this problem should go away.

Alternatively, rebooting will likely correct this problem as well (since when you reboot, you probably default to coming up in online mode).
