You can see if this is happening by starting up Microsoft Internet Explorerer, and trying to navigate. If it warns you you are in offline mode - it will offer the opportunity to go into ONLINE mode. getting an error message when I try to access Online Help, Updates, or Register
Online from Healthframe. The message says: "you need an active internet
connection..." . My connection was up and running. What should I do???
