• Re: Test Times

Brian,Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We have verified that for multiple tests on the same day (such as your body temperature checks), HealthFrame is not properly exporting the data.We have notified the development team and they will work on fixing this issue for future releases. In the meantime, we believe we might have a ...

  • Re: custom visit type

Robert,Welcome to the HealthFrame User Community Forum!Currently, there is no way to permanently expand the lists that HealthFrame maintains. We have had a similar request from one of our users to support new expense types.I have forwarded your suggestion to our development team and asked that they consider (1) adding 'workout' as a built-in ...

  • Re: Test Suggestion

Brian,That's a really interesting suggestion! When we designed the panel for Blood Glucose Daily Measurements we were primarily creating a mechanism to track time of day when specific measurements were being done.We do not have a generic element in our data model for the capture of measurement-level notes, which is why this capability is not shown ...

  • Re: Another Mileage Question

Brian,You're absolutely right about the default behavior for 'mileage' handling.First, let me clarify that OpenHealth Service (OHS) Plug-ins do not affect the default behavior of the HealthFrame Explorer application. In other words, the plug-ins may be designed to interpret data in a way that is above and beyond that of the default ...

  • Re: Recomendations to make a great product even better!

OK! A few other things I've found that I think def. need to be worked in the program.I think that there needs to be a way to track the ranges associated with each specific lab test, like on the line where you put in the test and measurement. Also a way to flag if it was considered ''high'' ''low'' or ''normal''. Also if there could be a place on ...

  • Test Times

I have been tracking my body temperature and I put in the start and end time of the recording in the test. When I graph or export the data the time says 0:00. I need the times to take to the Dr. I may have to print out each individual test for now or just write them down.

  • Recomendations to make a great product even better!

I just downloaded the trial and am very happy with what I am seeing! It's very powerful in a simple to use way. However, I have some suggestions on things that I think would make this product much more user friendly! It would be amazing if there was a way that when you add custom feilds by dropping down to the ''...'' that it ...

  • custom visit type

Is there a way to add a custom visit type to the drop-down list? I like adding my workouts with my personal trainer as visits, that way they show up on the front page as upcoming events. Right now, I am having to go to the bottom of the list, choose ... and type in Workout. When I go to create a new visit, Workout does not show on

  • Test Suggestion

It would be nice to have a notes area next to every test value like the glucose testing has. Then you could enter ranges, high, low, reminders to ask about rechecking, etc.

  • Another Mileage Question

I searched but probably just over looked it. I installed the plug-in for mileage expenses. I entered my mileage expenses as a related item to the office visit. Under reports if I click on the mileage report everything looks fine. If I run a Transaction Report or the Expense Register it shows the miles as the dollars of the expenses instead of the ...
