• Lost Program

Hello, We purchased HealthFrame a while back and have since had our computer crash. We had the files backed up but not the program itself. How can we re-download the program without having to repay for it? We still have the receipt and license code as well. Thank you for your assistance.Dawn

One of my treatments is a 3 weekly injection, I'd like to keep track of how many needles and syringes I have, and the system to remind me that I need to order more. Also I use the treatment screen to log ...

I am entering the Blood Electrolytes Panel test but with a number of additional test items. I would like to be able to copy the one I assembled instead of building it each time. Is that possible or will it in the near future?

  • Journal Display/Print

What are my options to look at my journal? I saw the summary but it doesn't show the whole entry. Is there a way to display all the entries together? I wanted to search back through my entries without having to open each one after another.

  • Re: Question about Emergency Card Printing

Thank you for the reply! I do know that I can add or remove some things, however, where you show the ''Advanced Directives'' and ''Donor'' I am NOT able to type anything there. If I tick the Donor one, all that shows up is ''Donor: Yes''. It doesn't allow me to type in something like, ''All viable organs and tissue'' or just ...

Hello, again! It seems that you may have read the recent exchange with Brian where we suggested the use of journals to help track normal ranges.Interestingly enough, while replying to a different post (also from Brian) with regards to tracking time of measurement, I thought of yet a different way that you could track ranges with ...
