Thank you also for your feedback:

1. We've had some recent feedback on the forum from Robert, with regards to having HealthFrame 'learn' new visit types (such as 'workout').  We have forwarded that feedback to our development team and future versions should support increased user customization support, including the ability to add new list values.
2. Thank you for your suggestion to support larger image sizes - maybe even multiple images?
   
3. I have 'printed' to a PDF file the medical history summary for Susan Marie Taylor (sample PHR) and attached it to this post.  Is the PDF output similar to what you see when you print to your printer?  If not, do you have a PDF print driver?  If you do, could you print the same sample PHR and post your generated PDF to the forum?  If you don't have one, please consider downloading one such as http://www.pdf995.com/download.html and follow the steps above. 
   

In a color printer, HealthFrame should be printing pretty similarly to what is shown on the screen, with some variance for color quality - depending on the printer.
