How do you set up HealthFrame to track the cost of you medication and print out a report?

I'm also a new user and enjoy using the software and would like to see the following;
Form entry format for eye glasses as it appears on the Rx from the OD. ie, for Distance, OD Spherical, Cylindrical, Axis, Prism and Base, etc.

I have been using Health Frame Explorer for a couple of years but never have been able to Use the Viewer. Is it possible for me to import my data to the Viewer. I thought it would be good to use the graphs to see data.
When I click on saved data I get this error message.

Thank you for your interest in HealthFrame.
You can enter broken bone information by entering a new condition (see
screen shots below). You should enter as much information in the comments
section of your condition(s) as you can recall and as add potentially
relevant information - for instance, whether surgery was ...

How do you enter a record for a broken bone with and without surgery? Are they different?I had a surgery on a knee and an ankle at the same time. How does that need to be entered?Thank you.

--I would like to see ''related information'' for Providers. It would be especially helpful to be able to connect to websites related to my Doctors and Organizations. I'm using Journals for that now.
--I would also like to see ''related information'' for Insurance. Then I could link to my carrier's ...
