• Re: Location, location, location!

Hi, Bill. Please keep the questions coming! If it's confusing, it's something we'd like to know about so that we can improve the usability and at a minimum improve our product documentation. The location name is a free form text entry that is meant to help you label locations in a way that is helpful and meaningful to you. In the example ...

  • Dates of Tests

On June 5th, I saw a provider who scheduled me for a X-ray test on June 27th with another provider. The date of the test in HealthFrame shows as June 5. It was a little confusing to another provider who I saw yesterday. He was shown a ''Medical Summary Report'' and he asked about the results of the test. I had to explain that the date shown was ...

  • Location, location, location!

Location is very important in determining real estate values; however, I'm having a problem in determining the use of the ''location name'' field in the providers screens. I can't find a reference to the fields in the Help files. It seemed to me that it was redundant when under the Medical Info section, there was a organization field. I hate to ...

  • Re: Auto sign in feature

LOL... It's hard to tell in this case, since it works in Firefox but not Safari...I tried an IE6 installation and so long as I did not click on the 'Sign out' link, I was able to 'auto sign in'. In other words, I started IE 6, navigated to the user community forum and logged in. Then I closed the browser window (without signing ...

  • Re: Pharmacy Record Suggestions v2.1.6

Pill Management can be difficult. Heres a few things to consider currently my wife is taking nine prescribed meds and three supplements issued by four different doctors and supplied by five different pharmacies; we are on retired and on Medicare. Being on Medicare and needing some expensive drugs she runs out of the initial $$ coverage limit ...

    >Any suggestions?< Actually there are a few more suggestions for the Tests section in particular...in rough(only I can understand) form. Starting this Wednesday I'll have more time to be at the computer. Deciding which ideas are worth while may help with the current quandry.

Strange, I'm using IE v7.0.5730.11. MS implies that when browsing issues do not work with IE 7 that it's someone elses problem to resolve, not theirs. LOL

  • Re: Privacy and security questions

The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) establishes rules and regulations for the use and disclosure of protected health information (PHI). HIPAA applies to individuals and organizations who have been given access to your health records, in some custodial capacity, whether directly or indirectly granted. There ...
