Hi, Robert.Thank you for the excellent suggestion to improve the readability of the Medical History Summary, in particular with regards to the display of test/measurements information.I have added an image below to make it easier for folks to see the issue you are bringing up with the current report. As it turns out, these are pure ...

I suggest following information should be included in emergency information card.
1. The Name and phone number of primary physician.
2 Whether person is a organ donor or not.

Noting that the Test portion of the Medical History Summary(MHS) is being enhanced with the next upgrade or version of HFE, here are some ideas to consider.
Click Tests, Add New, and open Measurements with the intent of using only the ‘Item Name’ and “Value” fields to record a text test(like an x-ray): Currently the HFE program is designed

>Have you come back to that Test page after saving, quitting HealthFrame and restarting?<

Since surgeries are treatments, technically, and a hospital ...

William,Thank you for the additional clarification. The organization location information you speak of is accessible from the individual provider via a link (see the chain link icon circled in red in the picture below). You are right that the information does not get copied into the individual provider's record. Neither should you have ...

Hi, Maura. You are correct that HealthFrame more than likely could use adding a number of new expense types, especially in support of folks who are tracking IRS deductions. You are hopefully aware of the fact that HealthFrame allows users to enter expense types that aren't built-into the system. The limitation of the current release is ...

Hi there
I was wondering; many folks use a wide array of private type of servies that qualify for listing under expense items but there are not many categories available to choose from as one might expect, some examples we would like to see added :
Private Pay Services ( such as Nurses, HHA's)
Private Pay House ...
