• Re: Tests – Medical History Summary Layout V2.1.6

Hi, Robert.Thank you for the excellent suggestion to improve the readability of the Medical History Summary, in particular with regards to the display of test/measurements information.I have added an image below to make it easier for folks to see the issue you are bringing up with the current report. As it turns out, these are pure ...

  • Emergency Medical Information

I suggest following information should be included in emergency information card. 1. The Name and phone number of primary physician. 2 Whether person is a organ donor or not. 3 Whether person has a healthcare directive. The above things will help tremandously to EMT or ER physican incase ...

  • Tests – Medical History Summary Layout V2.1.6

Noting that the Test portion of the Medical History Summary(MHS) is being enhanced with the next upgrade or version of HFE, here are some ideas to consider. Click Tests, Add New, and open Measurements with the intent of using only the Item Name and Value fields to record a text test(like an x-ray): Currently the HFE program is designed

  • Re: Can Not Use Same Measurement > ‘Item Name’ Entry v2.1.6

    >Have you come back to that Test page after saving, quitting HealthFrame and restarting?< If the question is relative to the single instance of not saving the repeated Item Name, no, I didnt think of trying to analyze the problem. The only check I might have done was open the Medical History Summary to see if the change was ...

  • Re: Can Not Use Same Measurement > ‘Item Name’ Entry v2.1.6

Robert,I followed the steps you indicated in your posting and I was able to reproduce the problem (see attached image). There is ONE caveat however: HealthFrame is actually saving the data - what you see is a display bug. The bug of course is that the page shows as if it were unsaved (green coloring in the navigation panel on the left). We ...

  • Can Not Use Same Measurement > ‘Item Name’ Entry v2.1.6

FYI. This observation may be a quirk or may be intentional programming. Click Tests, Add New, enter something in the Type field, open Measurements, Add New. If, for example, the word Spine is entered in the Item Name field, enter a Value, click Save and all is well. Click Add New and enter the same word Spine in the Item Name

  • Hospitalizations, Treatments & Surgeries v2.1.6

Observe that when a surgery, for example, is recorded as a Visits > Visit Type > Hospitalization and also recorded as a Treatment > Type, that the Hospitalization and Treatment records both appear on the Medical History Summary(MHS) providing, conceivably, the same information. Since surgeries are treatments, technically, and a hospital ...

  • Re: Location, location, location!

William,Thank you for the additional clarification. The organization location information you speak of is accessible from the individual provider via a link (see the chain link icon circled in red in the picture below). You are right that the information does not get copied into the individual provider's record. Neither should you have ...

  • Re: adding more items to the drop down list in the expense section

Hi, Maura. You are correct that HealthFrame more than likely could use adding a number of new expense types, especially in support of folks who are tracking IRS deductions. You are hopefully aware of the fact that HealthFrame allows users to enter expense types that aren't built-into the system. The limitation of the current release is ...

  • adding more items to the drop down list in the expense section

Hi there I was wondering; many folks use a wide array of private type of servies that qualify for listing under expense items but there are not many categories available to choose from as one might expect, some examples we would like to see added : Private Pay Services ( such as Nurses, HHA's) Private Pay House ...
