I have asked for original charts for 2 ER visits which should reflect

1. Each time I save a backup, the entire
file is saved and added to the location where ALL prior backups have been saved.
That means that in a relatively short time (a year?) HUNDREDS of files with
mostly duplicate data will be stored on the hard drive in the same location.
That is excessive and wasteful. A backup should occur each time new

The Active portion of the Medications Summary is an excellent report to print out for those with many meds or with meds that have unusual or challenging instructions.
