National Library of Medicine: Patient Medical Records Survey

The United States National Library of Medicine (National Institutes of Health) is conducting a survey assessing patients' experience with reviewing their medical information records: http://phrsurvey.nlm.nih.gov/

HealthFrame users tend to be individuals who are active participants in their healthcare management, frequently tracking and communicating with their physicians about their medical records.  We feel that just as we appreciate the quality of your input, so would the NLM appreciate if you could take some time to give them the benefit of your experiences.

In particular, some of you even have experience exchanging (or trying to exchange) electronic copies of your medical records with your providers, using HealthFrame - http://community.recordsforliving.com/forums/post/572.aspx.  We believe the NLM would benefit from your feedback with how easy/difficult/impossible you may have found the process.

    Thanks again,
