Records For Living Community

I am trying to find the file that contains my health info. I want to make a regular back up on an external drive. I can find the backup but not the original file

Thank you for your interest in HealthFrame.

HealthFrame does not use a single file to store the personal health record information; instead it uses a database which is stored in the standard application data for all users.  In Windows XP, you'll find your database files in the c:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Records For Living, Inc folder.

In Vista, the location starts with c:\Users instead.
