Hi, MC.

Thank you for your inquiry.  HealthFrame Explorer generates valid ASTM Continuity of Care Record (CCR) export files, which can be uploaded and integrated with Microsoft HealthVault.

The process is rather simple and illustrated below.  In a nutshell, you should export your HealthFrame data using the ASTM CCR standard, save the file to a location you'll remember and then log into your Microsoft HealthVault account to upload the HealthFrame export.
