Please help us identify the possible issue you are running into, by answering the following questions:
- If you can still reproduce the error, can you please give us the complete and exact text of the error message?
- Do any of the other reports work for you?
- Does any other report show the same error?
- Are you using the built-in Healthcare Providers Summary report (see image below) or are you using a different report?
- What version of HealthFrame are you using? 2.1.7 or 2.1.8? If you're using 2.1.7 - please update to the latest version.
