There is currently no built-in report that provides the average blood pressure - this is a great suggestion for an OHS Plug-in!  :-)

In the meantime, you can take advantage of HealthFrame's ability to export results and have them imported into popular spreadsheet programs such as Microsoft Office Excel, Google Spreadsheets, or OpenOffice.org Calc.

I will use the sample personal health record (PHR) for Susan Marie Taylor to illustrate how you can do this:
    1. Go to the Blood Pressure Graph (Home > Reports > Graphs > Blood Pressure Graph)
    2. Select the date range you are interested in averaging over: HealthFrame has powerful customization support (look for ellipsis on the label line) that will help you better understand your health trends.  You can watch your average blood pressure results over the past month, six months, year, etc.  You can also save specific date range customizations and name them for reuse.  By default, all of your blood pressure measurements will be shown.
    3. Click on the Export Data button.
    4. Configure how you want the data to be configured for export:
      • Select the radio button for Text / Data Only
      • Click on the Export... button
If you selected the default behavior (copy to clipboard) you can then paste into a text file and later open the data with your favorite spreadsheet program.  You can then use your spreadsheet program to calculate the averages.

Here is a sampling of what the exported data looks like for Susan's PHR:

    Systolic    1    1/1/2002 0:00    120.000
    Systolic    2    1/1/2003 0:00    125.000
