The current HealthFrame release does not support sharing providers or contacts, in general across PHRs. This is a topic that comes up frequently, especially as new users begin to configure the family's PHRs and one that we expect will be resolved with our next major release.
Please note that though it's not a perfect solution, the current work-around is to
copy & paste the provider records.
