ASTM Continuity of Care Record (CCR) export files, which can be uploaded and integrated with Microsoft HealthVault.
The process is rather simple and illustrated below. In a nutshell, you should export your HealthFrame data using the ASTM CCR standard, save the file to a location you'll remember and then log into your Microsoft HealthVault account to upload the HealthFrame export.
