    Can't find PSA test

    I downloaded your free trial.

The first thing I tried to do was input my past PSA test results and I could not find it under “Tests”. Am I missing something or isn’t it there?

    Thanks Ron

    Ron,

When you use HealthFrame to enter information about your lab results (tests), by default it lists "Only Common" tests.  In order to find the Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA) test, please select "Contains" from the drop down box (see image below).  Then enter the text "PSA" in the empty field.  As you enter the information you are looking for, HealthFrame automatically trims the list of options to match the information you were looking for.

PSA tests are common enough that maybe we should consider adding it to our list of "Only Common" tests.

Thank you for your interest in HealthFrame and please let us know how we can be of any further assistance.
