    therapy question

my son has both occuopational and speech therapy that is recurring weekly on the same day,Is there an easy way to input this information into healthframe?

right now I am  setting up treatments for each on the calendar,Would it be easier to have one visit set up  with both therapies listed under treatments or continue what i am doing?

If they are set up as one appointment how do i track both co-pays?

If I were to do one appointment for both, how would i input bthe start and end times for each?

Please help me figure out the easiest way  to travk both recurring treatments.

    Thank you in advance

    Re: therapy question

You could set up a single visit, but that seems to have a number of problems, including the ones you've already identified (tracking multiple co-pays, start and end times) as well as tracking potentially different providers, recommendations, etc.

I would suggest continuing to track multiple, separate visits for each treatment.  (In other words, each visit should link to the appropriate treatment, separately).

    Thanks,

Here's the HealthFrame backup file that exemplifies multiple visits per treatment.

    Re: therapy question

    Oops...  Sorry about that!

I have uploaded the HealthFrame backup file and it should be downloadable from the original listing.

    Thanks,
