Thanks for the suggestion!
As of the current release, there is no easy way to add "recurring appointments" in the calendar.
Note that the HealthFrame calendar does not support 'appointments' per se. As you know, users have the choice to schedule 'events', which can be one of 'test', 'treatment', 'visit', or 'other'.
If you were to schedule a recurring speech therapy visit, which I believe is your intended example, would you want all of the visit information to be duplicated? For instance, same therapist, same time of day, same co-pay, same preparation notes, related information (such as condition), etc?
Also, if you have a recurring weekly appointment for six months, that would be roughly 24 new visit records. Would you want to see these upcoming visits show up in the visits list? Perhaps you could use the customization (... button) to filter out future visits from that particular view?
You'd probably also want to have specific visit changes that do not affect the recurring visits settings (for instance if the time changed or if you saw a different provider for that day). Note this may get a little tricky if part-way through treatment a new condition is identified and from then on, you'd like to associate the visits to two conditions instead of one...
Please let us know your additional thoughts on this particular feature request.
