Multiple HealthFrame users have upgraded to Windows 7, without running into the problems you describe. Maybe you can help us by providing some additional detail?
- Was this an upgrade? In other words, are you using the same computer that previously ran Windows XP or is this a brand new computer?
- Do you know the specs for your computer? Processor, speed, memory, etc.
- How large is your health record? Do you have a lot of images?
