When adding a new appointment the field should "pre-enter" the current date as default date (subject to change of course)

Time entries: Allow 24-hour ("military time").  Much easier for some to work with.  For those who don't, continue to permit the use of the AM/PM protocol.

Thank you for the suggestions!  When we put together the summary chart for required data, we started thinking that it might be good to have HealthFrame default to the current date in more places - note that some fields already do (e.g. Journal Entry).  It's good to hear that our users agree! 

Our recent release (v. 2.1.11) should support the use of military time uniformly, without impacting the ability to use AM/PM.  Have you seen places where you can't use AM/PM?  It would be helpful if you could let us know where you couldn't use it...
