Brian,
We're sorry that you have run into this limitation with the current
support for user-defined graphs. Under certain circumstances,
HealthFrame fails to recognize multiple instances of (customized)
user-defined graphs.
While I was working on reproducing the issue you reported, I also
noticed that if you open two different user-defined graphs, only the
most recent one is displayed in the open windows pane.
I have reported both of these limitations to our development team.
