    Upgrade fees?

Are upgrades to your product free or is there additional cost involved?

    Thank you

    Re: Upgrade fees?

    Robert,

thank you for your interest in HealthFrame!

Any customer who purchases HealthFrame has the right to free 'point release' upgrades.   For instance, if you bought HealthFrame 2.0, you could have upgraded to 2.0.3, 2.1, 2.1.6, etc all for free.

As a rule, you should always be using the most recent point release you're entitled to (in this case HealthFrame 2.1.6).  HealthFrame will by default check for upgrades periodically and let you know if there is a new point release to install.

The only time you'll be asked to pay for an upgrade cost is when we go to a 'major' release (typically every 18 - 24 months) - of course, you don't need to upgrade if you don't want to... (you can continue to use the version you purchase for as long as you want...)

In addition to free point release upgrades, as a HealthFrame user, you get free support, including downloadable OpenHealth Service (OHS) Plug-ins, which continue to enhance HealthFrame's benefits.  Take a look at some of the OHS Plug-ins that we developed as a result of our users' suggestions:

Additional OHS plug ins can be found at http://www.recordsforliving.com/OpenHealthServices/ServiceDirectory.aspx

Thanks again for your interest in HealthFrame and let us know if we can be of further help,
