J.D.,Thank you for your feedback!We're sorry about the issue with the Medications Summary not displaying the reason why medications were discontinued.  The reason is unfortunately somewhat involved - and not particularly helpful to your needs.  HealthFrame generates the Medications Summary by first generating an ASTM Continuity of Care ...

On the Medical History Summary report, the discontinued meds have the reason they were discontinued.  I can't find a way to print the same information on the Medications Summary... am I missing it?  In the mean time I'll just use the first two pages of the Medical History Summary, even though the Medications Summary is easier to ...
