    Hello Drix. It is probably too late to address your issue but here's what I found. If you add Time as an additional test Measurement to the Temperature test entry, it will show up in the Medical Summary under it's own heading and be matched up to the correct Temp result.     J.D.,Thank you for your feedback!We're sorry about the issue with the Medications Summary not displaying the reason why medications were discontinued.&nbsp; The reason is unfortunately somewhat involved - and not particularly helpful to your needs.&nbsp; HealthFrame generates the Medications Summary by first generating an ASTM Continuity of Care ...
