Would the organization types of Dental, Eye Care, Podiatrist, be good here – I am not trying to get the list long, but it would seem that some of the more common ones could be listed and thus keep the undefined (…) with the optional text box there for the unique non-common ones.

When a medication is to be taken for a long period of time, would it be an enhancement to “duplicate” the entry and then just change the start date, end date, and refills when the medication has refills? When a new prescription for the same medication is written after the number of refills has been exhausted, then the duplication would carry ...

Further observation: it appears that when the conversion was done, not all the data from the earlier version related to the tests came over and this is what is presenting the problem of being unable to edit the prior Version 2 entries for tests.

When the values and the units of measure are printed on the report, it appears that there needs to be a ''space'' between them. For example - ''150mm HG'' would be ''150 mm HG''. This change improves readability of the report values and measures when discussion and review with the health care providers.

When updating the various medications, it would be nice to have a field to provide the quantity and the period of time (days). For example,  in the screen shot below, I have a medication that I will be taking for 90 days – this would be able to also  be used to provide a suggested end date – especially for regular medications.  In ...

Just came across a test that was done in 2004, that was entered in Version 1 and I was able to edit it and make the changes. So, this might be a way the data was converted, not sure - but right now  would say ''unclear problem/issue''.

When a test measurement is being added during the ''add new'', the new field line is created and displayed, but the cursor focus is somewhere else than in the new field of the new line for the measurement. Is this a correct? or a program problem within the version?

During the entry of the test in Version 1, entered with various names for the tests and now want to get them grouped together by the name. For any of the test that were imported during the conversion to 2.0 release, they are not able to be edited. Missing the units of ''ng/dL'', ''ng/mL'', and ''uIU/mL Can these be added to the next release or version update? As these were taking from a lab report.

doing it this way appears to be serveral steps that totall remove the ability to cut and paste - is this by design of the website and the database? if there is a way of doing cut and paste, that would make it much easier and use standard that are known.
