One of my lab reports pertaining to Hematoloyg shows ''thous/MCL'' not what is listed in the drop down, and ''mill/MCL'' not what is listed in the drop down. if these are different can the ones that I have mentioned be added?

In addition so that the report is more readable in this areas, if an indentation of about 8 characters is used, then the dates of the various tests can be easily spotted and read. As the report is now, it is hard to find the date even with the underline.

In pondering this further it might be useful to the family of the patient to know how the device is used – this would be a text box and could be a drop down as daily, weekly as needed.

Some suggestions here – the name of the medical device, the model, the product number, the serial number, warranty period, the provider, under service contract, last inspected/tested/calibrated, disposal date, reason for disposal, cost (full cost, co-payments), associated with insurance or self purchase, estimated life – replacement date can be ...

In thinking again, in some ways these common set might be able to be extracted from the roles that are provided with the providers – I would think that the most common ones could be used, and then the more unique – not that much used, could be eliminated from the drop down.

This might be picky, but I just noticed this – the organization data box has a different font style and size the other data boxes on the screen – just my pickiness of consistency showing up !

In the Role(s) field, can this be lengthened to the right to align and then show the full role on the screen? As you can see here in this shot, it is being cut off, not truncated but cut off in the display.
Also, has any one requested to have more than one role for a provider? I can’t right off see a need, but it could be ...

Subject: Ordered date and Administered date
When the medical report is printed, if the ordered date and the administered date is the same, then only one date appears. Where as with the order date and the administered date being two different dates, both appear and are annotated as an order date and an administered date. Can this be changed to have
