• Re: Medications

I understand what you are saying however, this does not help for a couple of reasons.First of all, in my communications, I like to select the contact, be it the person in charge of records, finance and billing, doctor, or nurse. Secondly, I like to note who I see for the office visit. . .i.e, the doctor, PA, nurse, etc.Thirdly, as for multiple ...

  • Re: Medications

Sorry it has been so long since I have been out here to the community. First let me address the Rx Co-Pay request. Again, the reason I need to have this in the drop-down box is because I am on Medicare and for prescriptions, after a certain amount, I go into what is known as a doughnut-hole, at which time I have to pay 100% of my meds. After ...

  • Re: Make Medication Active

Normally, if there is no ''Discontinued'' date then the medication is considered active. Make sure there isn't anything in the discontinued field and other than that I'm afraid I can't help much.Good luck.

  • Re: Deleting tests

Thank you for the quick response. Yes, I would prefer to keep ALL the data that I've collected over the years. I suppose that there may be something in MY computer that is causing the problem, but it seems that the performance problem has just been getting gradually worse in the last year or so. Maybe I'll try to move the data to ...

  • Re: Deleting tests

I'm sorry for your difficulties. You may not be aware, but there is a major update to HealthFrame (v3) just around the corner. Sadly - it does NOT have the feature you are looking for (making it easy to delete lots of tests all at once). We are reluctant to make it too easy to do something you cannot undo, but might want to... However, the way we

  • Deleting tests

I've been keeping detailed medical information in Healthframe for many years. Including daily blood glucose readings. Undoubtedly, the database has become so large that adding any information now takes many seconds (or even minutes) to process. Is there a way to delete MULTIPLE tests at one time? 2000 tests at one minute ...

  • Re: Not Sure if HealthFrame will do / is designed to do what I'd like

In HealthFrame v2, the simplest way is to go to Reports > Expenses > Expense Register, and click the ''Add New'' button. Then you can create a bunch of expenses and see them summarized in Reports > Expenses > Transaction Report. Plus, most other objects you track (e.g. medications) have 'shortcuts' to add related expenses. Also - you may want ...
