• Re: General Questions about your product

Thank you for considering HealthFrame. We do not have a feature comparison between HealthFrame and QMEM. Let me try and give you some idea of what HealthFrame has to offer, much of which is a unique benefit of using HealthFrame. HealthFrame is designed to help you better track, understand and manage your health: all aspects of your health; ...

  • General Questions about your product

I'm seriously considering buying your software...not interested in the 15 day trial (can't tell enough in that period of time). I'm a long-time QMEM (Quicken Medical Expense Manager) customer - or better, a lapsed QMEM customer. I got too frustrated with it's limitations. Your product looks nice & a few QMEM forum ...

  • Add Written Reports to TESTS

The TEST category has the ability to log Measurements but does not have the ability to enter written Clinical History, Comparison, Findings, Interpretation, etc. found on X-ray, CT, colonoscopy, endoscopy, and other diagnostic test reports. This kind of report can be scanned, true, but a waste of space for many(most?) that are one ...

  • Re: Sorting Names of Physicians

Another subject for two cents worth. In the >Home>Providers>Individuals list Provider names are shown first name-Last name. Many of us really aren't on a 'first name' basis with our doctors, so seeing the list with last name first would be much easier to use, especially since the list is in alphabetical order by last name anyway. Same ...

  • Re: List Limitations

    >Subsetting providers in two categories: individuals and organizations.< That is 'sort of ' the subject I was about to post. I do not comprehend the importance to identify, for example, the individual doctors with the organization they are affiliated with... and to have that organization name appear ...

  • Re: Sorting Names of Physicians

Sorting is done by last name. Please note that even though HealthFrame lets you enter the provider name as you wish (first name first or last name first) it internally tries to assign the 'name parts'. Please see picture below and note what happens when I expand the name section, by clicking on the double down arrow. So, if you enter ...

  • Re: List Limitations

Dear Esther, We have tried to reproduce the problem you describe, by adding a handful of fictitious doctors to one of our sample personal health records. Please note in the image below that when the customization list gets very large, ''up'' and a ''down'' arrows show up in the list. You can use those to scroll through the list and ...
