• Note window re-sizing

The windows for entering information most times are only large enough to see two or three lines of text. The scroll feature is then used to view more lines. Something I believe can be programed is a feature that by double clicking on the window space, the window enlarges so that ten to 15 lines of text can be seen and edited. Another ...

  • Re: General Questions about your product

In addition to the Support Team response. . .HealthFrame has a GREAT Support Team! They are quick to respond to all posts, take user suggestions seriously, are quick to respond to add-in needs, etc. I don't know anything about QMEM or the support they offer. But, what I can tell you, after all the technical support questions I have had ...

  • Re: Sorting Names of Physicians

Another subject for two cents worth. In the >Home>Providers>Individuals list Provider names are shown first name-Last name. Many of us really aren't on a 'first name' basis with our doctors, so seeing the list with last name first would be much easier to use, especially since the list is in alphabetical order by last name anyway. Same ...

  • Re: Add Written Reports to TESTS

Robert,Thank you for your suggestions! I'll pass this along to our development team to make this support more user-friendly.In the mean time, there are a couple of things you can consider doing:You can use the ''Notes'' field in the test to track comments for ''Findings'', ''Interpretation, etc. This is especially true if this is one ...

  • Re: List Limitations

That is 'sort of ' the subject I was about to post. I do not comprehend the importance to identify, for example, the individual doctors with the organization they are affiliated with... and to have that organization name appear almost everywhere the individuals names appear... even on the reports. Actually, the Organization ...

  • Re: Medical Visit Co-Pay Report

Hmmm, now that is funny!!! I just tried it again, and the report came out fine! To answer your questions, though: I am using HealthFrame Version 2.1.6 I was using the Expense Transaction Report I took the exact, same steps you did! On that same day, I had done alot of work in the database via HealthFrame. I also had done several ...

  • Re: Individual Provider and Organization Addresses

In answer to your question, ''Yes.'' It is funny you should say that organizations ''rarely'' move, but that is exactly what brought up this question. I did have a facility move, and there were several ''contacts'' for that facility that I had to manually change. And, ''Yes'', again to the extensions remaining separate and being ...
