Thank you for your follow-up and preference clarification for copy/paste support.
As for deleting 'bad values' added to a drop-down, they're only present if you have cases where you are using the value. For instance, say you go to a visit record and you enter a 'bad type' for a visit (maybe it was a typo or you changed your mind about the 'type' category).
The 'bad type' list entry will show up in that drop-down (at the bottom), so long as you use it. As soon as you pick another entry
and save it, the 'bad type' entry should go away.
