Built-in graphs, such as the weight graph, do not currently support customization of units. We have a number of users who prefer using metric units and we are working towards improving HealthFrame's support. Thank you for pointing this out!
There is a simple work-around to this limitation. (1) Enter all your weight values using Kgs as the unit. (2) Create a user-defined graph for displaying weight values - the built-in help has some information on user-defined graphs and customizations, but this community thread may also be useful:
