Any chance of uploading a uncorupted pdf help file to your support site
Downloaded the PDF twice attemted to read the PDF with Adobe 4.0 and 7.0
Tried it on two different computers but still unreadable
Might be wrong but the conclusion I draw is the file on your site is at fault

Thank you for reporting this problem!  A recent update to our web site posted a corrupt version of the PDF help file.  The web team has been notified and you should see the updated PDF soon.
