HealthFrame has been successfully tested for use with Windows Vista in 64-bit mode.
Do you have a screen shot of the error you are running into? If so, please send it to support@RecordsForLiving.com so that we can better identify the source of the problem you are encountering. If necessary, we can also set up a web conference to help further identify any outstanding issues.
In the meantime, from your description, it sounds like the problem might be with the download of the software and not actually using the HealthFrame program. Have you seen the
suggested troubleshooting instructions for the demo download? In particular, note that it is possible to download the demonstration version of HealthFrame from a number of download partners.
