License for new computer?

    License for new computer?

    I have used Healthframe for over two years, this week I purchased a new computer and when I installed the Program it asked for my liscense key. It is not on the dish, nor in the Booklet that contains the disk. Do you have a record of my purchase or do I have to purchase a new copy???

    We're happy to hear that you are a long-time user of HealthFrame!

    You do not need to purchase a new license of HealthFrame.  All you need to do, is to use your original license code in your new computer.

    To find your license code, please follow the directions in this HealthFrame User Forum post.
