Here is some information on the
location of the HealthFrame database files.
Please note that this is
not the recommended way of transfering or sharing files between computers. We suggest that you use the backup/restore functionality. In fact, you should get in the habit of creating backups frequently and storing them in redundant backup locations - other than your computer's hard disk.
In order to create a backup, please use the File / Save PHR Backup... menu item. You will be prompted to save your backup file to a default location. Copy the backup file to a device that is accessible to your target computer (e.g. network drive, USB key, etc).
When you start HealthFrame in your other computer, simply click on the Load Backup... button or start HealthFrame and go to the File / Restore PHR Backup...
