Records For Living Community

Records For Living is extremely fortunate to have customers who take the time to let us know the ways in which HealthFrame can continue to evolve and improve to better meet your personal health record management needs.  We thank all of you who have taken the time to talk to us via email and/or via this HealthFrame user forum.

We would like to experiment with a new concept which will allow a more direct way to interact with our current and prospective users: we are setting up a one hour web conference call for this coming Friday, February 1st, starting at 1pm EST.  During this time, we would like to demonstrate some of HealthFrame's features and address some of your questions.

If you're interested in joining us, please send an email to info@RecordsForLiving.com.  In your email, please let us know if there are specific topic(s) you would like to talk about, as it will help us better prepare for this meeting.

This will be a limited participation event and we will allocate space on a first come, first serve basis.  We will send email back to you, letting you know the web conference details.  You will need access to a high-speed internet accessible PC and a phone in order to join the call.

We look forward to talking to you directly and perhaps helping you figure out ways in which HealthFrame can help you and your family with your personal health management needs.

Many of you also sent us suggestions - thank you!

• Consider recording live sessions so that users who can't attend, can still view the web conference.  We probably won't be able to do this for Friday's meeting, but we'll try and test recording for future sessions.
• Many of you indicated that business hours are not the best time for you to participate and suggested that we host some web conferences during evening or weekends.  We'll try and accomodate this request too, for future web conferences.

Please let us know if you have additional suggestions, including specific topics you'd like to see discussed.
