The windows for entering information most times are only large enough to see two or three lines of text. The scroll feature is then used to view more lines. Something I believe can be programed is a feature that by double clicking on the window space, the window enlarges so that ten to 15 lines of text can be seen and edited. Another double click returns the window to its usual size or touching something outside the window with the cursor. A suggestion for easier text entry and viewing later on.

We've been thinking about how to improve 'annotations', in general ('to dos', 'yellow stickies', etc).  This is definitelly an are where we'd like to make it easier to manage.
