Hi, Craig.
Welcome to the HealthFrame User Community Forum! Thank you for your interest in HealthFrame and for your kind opinions of our GUI and application, in general.
1. Will the program work with Terminal Services?
We have not tested for terminal server but we have followed appropriate measures to ensure compliance. If you were to encounter any issues running HealthFrame in a terminal server, we would work with you to address any problems.
2. Is there a way for the software to prompt follow ups from visits? For example, a to do list.
The current version of HealthFrame makes it possible to track follow-ups from visits (Post-Visit Notes). At this point, we do not provide a "to do list" interface to make it easier to track the completion status of the follow-up items. Thanks for the suggestion!
3. Is there a way to see what follow up actions are necessary across
clients? Some type of prompt for actions that need to be done.
The HealthFrameWorks Server includes the ability to store multiple health records. We will be enhancing the Server interface to include multiple reports and status of follow-up actions would be a natural extension of the enhancement you suggested in #2 above.
Please note that Records For Living's Professional Services Group can be contracted to implement customizations between releases, if there is a need.
4. Can users and passwords be setup?
The HealthFrameWorks Server has built-in role-based security. There is a web service interface for setting up user accounts and passwords.
5. Is there integration with Microsoft Outlook for displaying appointments on the calendar?
Not at this point, but it is an integration we would like to support in the future.
6. Can you email from the program?
Not directly at this point, but you can use the web service interface to generate reports and email from a web page, for instance.
Thank you for your feedback and please let us know if you need additional assistance,
